OT Mentorship

Whether you're thinking about launching a private practice, exploring pelvic health, working with persistent pain, navigating emotional complexity in rehab, mentorship provides the space to gain resources and grow with guidance and support.

Support, structure, and clinical grounding for OTs integrating psychotherapy into their practice.

Clinical mentorship offers a safe space to reflect, learn, and expand your skills without the formality or regulatory structure of psychotherapy supervision. It’s ideal for clinicians who want support navigating complex client presentations, integrating psychologically and trauma-informed strategies, or building a practice that feels aligned with their values.

Whether you're thinking about launching a private practice, exploring pelvic health, working with persistent pain, navigating emotional complexity in rehab, mentorship provides the space to gain resources and grow with guidance and support.

My approach draws on more than 15 years of clinical experience across mental health, chronic pain, pelvic health, trauma, and community rehabilitation along with my own journey of building and growing a successful private practice in the field of pelvic health.

I understand the clinical, emotional, and practical realities of stepping into private practice, whether you are working in pelvic health or any other area of OT. I bring that lived experience into every mentorship conversation.
